The \nMountain Valley Developmental Services has been supporting children (birth to age 3) and adults (18 to end of life) with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 50 years. Our Adult Services Programs include residential, enrichment and employment services. The Day Program enrichment programs include horseback riding, skiing, visiting museums, and competing in Special Olympics sports.\n\nGotSneakers, a zero-waste sneaker recycling social enterprise, will issue funds in compensation for the collected sneakers. Those funds will benefit the MVDS Day Programs. Anyone can help by simply donating gently worn, used, and new sneakers. Sneakers not passed along to resale will be recycled, keeping landfills free of these long-decomposing materials.
