Our Community Listens is a three-day communications skills class offering a transformation learning experience to strengthen relationships, align teams, and build stronger communities.
You will:
- Examine your behavioral tendencies and how to better communicate with others
- Explore how the Communication Cycle forms the foundation of your interpersonal communication
- Learn how to listen to connect with others
- Appreciate the impact your nonverbal behavior has on your verbal communication
- Develop a more effective way to handle confrontation
- See and celebrate the good in others

- Enlightenment (personal insights)
- Equipping (practical tools), and
- Empowerment (application and sustainment)
We will start every day at 8:30am and end each day by 4:30pm local time. The modules build on each other. It is imperative that you attend each day in its entirety.
Adults ages 18 and older are welcome. Family members are discouraged from attending together.

Registration is $297.00
Needs-based discounts are available upon registration; we never want price to be a barrier to learning. During the registration proccess, you will provide your basic identifying information and have the option to select and enter a discount that works for you.
