Event Description
Plan Jam is a public engagement open house where community members can stop by anytime, see what’s in the works, and share feedback on several projects and initiatives all in one convenient evening.
 
This year’s Plan Jam lineup includes:
  • Updates and renderings for Parachute’s Downtown Master Plan and the 60% design for 1st Street – now known as the Parachute MOVES project.
  • A proposed affordable housing project called Grand Valley Village in the core of Parachute currently in the conceptual phase, being led by Housing Resources of Western Colorado
  • PATS transit system updates, including information on the anticipated on-demand service coming this summer. We will also be bringing one of our brand new PATS buses, which will be on site for the community to tour the interior and “test ride.”
The event will be held in the newly named Parachute Community Center at 540 N Parachute Ave. (formerly the Senior Center).
