Event Description

Grand River Health is offering free sport readiness exams for student athletes this July in Battlement Mesa and Rifle. All student athletes may attend any of the listed dates and locations, and no appointment is needed.

Parents and guardians: Please note that a parent or legal guardian must be present to sign the required CHSAA paperwork, including the medical history form. Students may not participate in sports without completed documentation.

Battlement Mesa Dates:

  • July 13 | 4:00–6:00 PM
  • July 14 | 4:00–6:00 PM

Rifle Dates:

  • July 15 | 4:00–6:00 PM
  • July 16 | 4:00–6:00 PM
