The presentation is part of Valley View University (VVU), a series of free educational webinars hosted by Valley View. In this second 20-minute webinar, followed by an open Q&A, Valley View will review tips for recovering from ACL injuries and safely returning to normal activities. Valley View physical therapists and ValleyOrtho athletic trainers will provide exercises and rehab tips to keep people active and allow them to enjoy the activities that they love. There will be active demonstrations and Q&A with the hosts and special guest, ValleyOrtho Surgeon Tomas Pevny, MD. Dr. Pevny, who has been practicing in Aspen since 1995, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in knee and shoulder injuries, sports medicine, trauma, total joint replacement and joint preservation. more info... |
