Humans connect with each other less and less every day, both on a personal, and a business level. It seems as though every year, there are fewer places where people feel both accepted and comfortable. Fewer places where they feel someone understands them, even if it is on a simplified level. With every human interaction we partake in, we unconsciously hope for a set of human needs to be met.
If you are in business, you should not only on focus on giving customers what they want, you should learn and give them what they NEED, and that is real human interaction, understanding, and empathy. I TRULY believe people who serve others for a living can set the example to the WORLD as to how people should treat each other.
