Vitality in the Valley is a community hiring fair connecting students and local community members with employers across a wide range of industries. This event provides an opportunity for businesses to showcase career pathways, discuss current job openings, and build meaningful connections with potential employees. 
If you hired someone from a previous Vitality in the Valley event, we would love to share your success story! Please send a brief testimonial highlighting the hire and their impact. 
All professions and industries are welcome to participate. 
We encourage participating businesses to: 

• Bring company brochures and recruitment materials 

• Share job descriptions and application instructions 

• Offer promotional items or swag/giveaways 

• Be prepared to discuss company culture and advancement opportunities 

Purpose of the Event: 

• Connect employers with local talent 

• Support workforce development in the region
